How quickly can I get started?
Most users are up and running within 5-10 minutes. Simply connect your Shippo API key, select your PrintNode printer, and configure your settings.
What if my printer isn't working?
First, check that your printer is online in PrintNode and that you've selected the correct printer ID in SPConnector. Our troubleshooting guide covers the most common printer issues.
Can I test without affecting real orders?
Yes! SPConnector includes a test mode that prevents actual printing while you configure and test your setup. This is enabled by default for safety.
What printer types are supported?
Any printer that works with PrintNode is supported, including thermal label printers, laser printers, inkjet printers, and network printers.
